The Position – Bwinner Corp Testing System(TS) Channel Director Job Description

Channel Director report to General Manager Corporate Mr. Bai Yukuan He / she will be the key driver in developing and executing one part of the Company’s Testing System strategy .
1. Labeling test items for MA/MS Test Channel, CET 4 Channel, CET 6 Channel, NET Channel, JHS Channel or PS Channel
- Assess, define and label sound test items to enable the system users to get the items systematically so that the users can teach and learn conveniently; build a profit center or sub-business unit within the corporate. (Based on system services charge: by selling card to users and by providing testing services for school institutes, etc.)
- Liaison with key institute users to assess & provide revising suggestions for the system linking to various users (including individual users and institute users etc) to drive the system forward.
- Regular operation/ development model strategy: Manage editors and users for system development and future operation.
2. Supporting Marketing: - Assess, develop and drive Corp. TS Strategy is to drive enterprise communication within Corp and applications to users.
3. Capability Development
- Enhance Channel capability to support business grow
- Focus on Channel planning; business needs Identification and vendor management
- Develop IT Team members to drive success
Experience
- The Corp. Channel Director a highly competent professional education leader with well-rounded skills in all English-related areas, multi-territory experience, esp IT & marketing, and a demonstrated track record of success in building effective tesing capability to meet business needs.
- He / she will likely be an experienced, mature and solid English professional with about 5 years of work experience including 2 years in a editing managerial and leadership capacity and should have experience in dealing with a complex organization structure, undergoing change, professionally managed cultural company.Ideally the Corp. Channel Director will be a leader in Youth League or Student Union.

• Drive IT strategy, establish appropriate IT structure and talent pyramid.
• Ultimately, deliver first-class Teaching operations at Corporate and drive greater efficiency in teaching and effectiveness through TS strategy & execution
